USE BY MINORS
The Service is not directed at anyone under the age of 18 who may use the Service only with the consent of their legal guardian. CROSS BORDER TRANSFER
Your personal information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or service providers, and by using our Service or by providing consent to us (where required by law), your information may be transferred to countries outside of your country of residence, including to the United States, which may provide for different data protection rules than in your country. We will keep your personal data for as long as necessary and permissible for the purposes for which they were collected. The criteria for determining our retention periods include: (i) the period of time during which we maintain an ongoing relationship with you and provide the Service to you; (ii) whether there is a legal obligation to retain information to which we are subject; and (iii) whether retention is required by our law (for example with respect to applicable statutes of limitations, litigation or government investigations).
For example, if we collect your personal information for sponsorship inquiries, we store it for a period of 10 years from the date of collection. Your inquiries, which you send us via the contact form, will be stored for a period of 4 weeks.
