The safety and well being or our staff, as well as protection of the environment, are very high priority throughout the whole group. For this reason, Cilag AG works to international quality, health, safety and environmental standards (GMP, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc.). We view keeping to the legal requirements as the minimum standard. We are driven to continually overachieve on this and to take on board and implement new discoveries as quickly as possible.

We regard safety, health and environmental aspects as critical factors for success. For several years now, they have formed part of our annual bonus targets.
