In our unique pay system, each member of staff is allocated a particular level, depending on his/her area of responsibility, professional qualifications, training, experience and individual personal development. This individual classification is carried out by line managers together with the Human Resources department and is reviewed at least once a year.

 

All staff are included in our performance-related bonus system. Employees’ good performance, good team conduct and hard work are all rewarded by an attractive bonus. The bonus is dependent on the level to which business and departmental objectives have been met. A higher or lower bonus factor is ascertained according to the results of the personal performance appraisal.

 

The bonus is offered voluntarily by the company. According to business performance and prospects, each year the company decides whether, and how much of its resources to make available. The bonus is a way of further rewarding effort and very good performance that help the company to achieve its objectives.
